One digit off, I'm sure the customer thought they received the deal of a lifetime, but the dealer put the vehicle starting mileage as 7,300 and not 73,000...I informed the customer about the mistake I found, and suggested they should work with the dealer in correcting the error while maintaining coverage, or have their money refunded because there is no way the current contract is enforceable.
