I ordered cheap Chinese stuff on my previous 340i.... and about every year, the finish would start to erode, and I'd just replace them. No big deal.
With this car, I "thought" I was getting OEM quality carbon fiber for $350. I mean, if an OEM BMW set costs $750 (they are always over-priced for OEM), and a cheap Chinese set is $100..... I figured I'd get OEM quality from an aftermarket company for about $350.... that made sense to me.
I was wrong.
I got the exact same quality as Chinese junk that costs $100.
My argument, is that if I'm going to replace them every year, I might as well have bought Chinese junk.
