Looks fantastic and thank you for your post. I was looking for exactly this setup as my car is also white and I was considering this lip with the side decals!
Were the side decals hard to fit? Have you done anything with the rear? Last edited by atlas; 04-23-2020 at 03:25 AM.. |

The side decals were not hard to fit at all. The rocker panel decals however.... were a huge pain in the ass, and required stretching with a heat gun. I did install a cheap set of exhaust tips, based upon the measurements from another member (I bought them before I even had the car). Unfortunately, they did not fit properly. They looked great, but were loose, and even after a tack weld, one fell off. But.... after proper measurements, I have another.... much nicer.... set on order. Just waiting on the mail. I'll post in my progress thread when I get them installed. Until they make a CF diffuser for a car with a factory tow package.... nothing else planned for the rear end. Lots planned for the rest of the car itself though. Last edited by Ninefourteener; 04-23-2020 at 11:51 PM.. |

Would you happen to have a link/reference or a picture of the nut plates you're referring to?

Any nuplate really, so long as it matches the threads of the bolt you are using. Just head to the hardware store and pick up 14 bolts, and nutplates that match them.
Here's why; When you tape the spoiler in place (before you drill holes)... the whole front bumper becomes very stiff, and it makes it impossible to stretch it down to feel behind it. Those basic nuts they give you will be INCREDIBLY difficult to try to thread on the inside of the bumper. There just isnt enough room to hold them. With a nutplate, you can hold it "flat" behind the bumper, thread the bolt through, and tighten while holding the nutplate with a pair or gloves. Thats why I recommended a standard hex bolt (not allen bolts that came with it)... just makes it easier. |

The "exact" size doesn't really matter. You'll be drilling holes, and as long as the threads in the bolt fitthe nutplate, you are fine. Grab something like this: |

Anything to add to 914's review or installation instructions/tips?

Not at all it actually sits inside the factory skirt. Doesn't stick out at all. It add a very subtle aggressive look
