Funny: You want to resurrect a Russian website that was violating BMW's copyright to dodge multiple payments of $30, but are worried about the legitimacy of an item which promises to give you lifetime access to the desired information for $18.
No such thing as a free lunch, remember? |

Yes, and I would not mind paying $30 for a day worth of access. But then again, I only do necessary repairs, and conversions when moving to another country. Do you think that $18 is too much for the e-book?

Not questioning the price, it is very reasonable and in fact just bought it. I wanted to know if this is legit and if anyone have experience using it. Anyhow, now that I am getting it I'll review and share my findings.

Found a copy of the latest ISTA+ earlier. It has the Repair manuals embedded in it:
https://mega.nz/folder/0l5XkCja#hhmw...older/FsIR2QQC You have to download the 3 ISTA flies: - ista_standalone_installer_4.22.40.exe - ISTA_v4.22.40.19945.7z (required) - BLP_4.22.41.7z (required) and the SQLite databases (this is where the repair manuals are) - SQLiteDBs -- OTHER_4.22.40.7z (required) -- EN_4.22.40.7z (required) Might try and extract the databases but for now the ISTA allows you to input your VIN and get all the data specific to your vehicle. I have looked extensively at the front and rear suspension. Can you show a screen shot so I can verify it is what NEWTIS has? If so, it is well worth the $20 for everything there.

That is the air and I have only looked at steel. I believe the steel is in a different section. Can you post that part? Basically we are looking for the details about how to drop the strut and spring over strut. |

Not that it will make a huge difference but I realised that I've installed version ista_4.25.40.21875. As long as your files start with the same version number you're good to go. |

I emailed the provider to ask about whether the data included the 45e since it was not on the list of included versions, and he sent back a negative response, but it may be included eventually (no set date). So, if you're hoping for that version, while some stuff will obviously be the same, it is not included, at least according to the provider.
If someone that has it could confirm, that would be appreciated. |
