Wheel/tire covers

Anyone have recommendations for 22inch wheel/tire storage covers ? All the ones i see online appear to small to accommodate 315.30.22 wheel tire sets. I need a set so they don't get all dusty sitting there in the garage , and to not soil my X5 when I transport them for summer change out.

If all you need is dust protection - Hefty yard waste bags.

Well... I do kinda want them to look like wheels/tires that are sitting in the corner of the garage and not a pile of leaves So, something a little nicer than a Hefty bag

They shouldn't get too dusty in your garage. I like my extra wheels to be on display too. And just swap them out yourself. Easy peasy

I have the goodyear totes ones from Costco. They fit the 21" & 22" no problem. They are probably the same as the BMW tire totes. I also have the Blackwatch tire bags (discontinued) which are totally enclosed and lined.

The BMW tire tote carriers should fit the 22s, they don't cover the rim face but do cover the tires to prevent soiling when transporting; you want access to the rim face to help pick up the wheels. I think I may still have a spare set or two of used ones if you are interested in picking up some. Dealer has given them to be in the past with winter rims. PM me if you are interested in buying a set and I can search for them.

I ordered a set from TireRack when I got my winters. $20 to switch sets and bag the off-season pair at WheelWorks.

Those Tire Rack ones are pretty good deal, but they won't fit my 315s! Says will fit tires upto 295s

I actually got the M-Performance totes. They are available online shipped to the door for $100. Pretty slick.

I did the same thing, loaded up in the trunk. Set of four 22" tight fit, but can do. Put pics and details in my road trip thread in my sig

I would hope that tires can fit in the back of an X7 without problems.

No issues, I've stacked mine on top of each other for years since I've been able to change in my garage. If you're worried about the faces you could slide a piece of cardboard or fabric in between them. I've got an extra set of used BMW tire totes that I don't use if you are interested.
