Yes, if you are using an app it should be there. Not sure it will be tailored to your vehicle or not unless your CA has already processed the ESA.

CA is your client advisor (salesperson) and ESA is the Electronic Subscriber's Agreement that needs to be processed to associate the vehicle with your account and allow you to perform remote services.

My guess is they are not called that if BMWNA personnel are around since they say they should be called Client Advisors. It adds to the customer experience.

Ha. First time bmw owner so I’ll see what he calls himself. Being in the automotive business for 26 years I never heard that term. But I like it !
