Uses Bluetooth and is super simple to use. Open the app, click connect, wait for it to find the satellites and then do some runs. The dragy is magnetic so you can stick it on the center speaker in the dash if you want. Otherwise, in the cup holder sometimes works.

Draggy is a super cool piece. I know that they have been around for a while and that kind of technology still amazes me.

Yeah i heard good reviews about it , I'm thinking about buying it and check my cars 0-60 too

Same here very soon.
Best 0-60 I've seen from the auto press testing for an X5 M50i is 3.8 seconds which is smokin for a 5,300 lb. SUV. Really fun vehicle to own.

+2 and that 3.8 was likely obtained under ideal conditions as they should be for a realistic evaluation of optimal acceleration.
It is luck of the draw with atmospheric conditions on test day which can make a huge difference. Density altitude(DA) plays a big role here where engine power is reduced by 3% for every 1,000 ft. Vehicle X at a 0 DA is going to generate significantly better #s than at a 5,000 ft DA when the engine is making 15% less power.
The 3.8 may also have been recorded at a drag strip where traction is optimized and far better than the street.
The reality here is that very few SUV owners are going to be doing full blown launch 0-60 runs with their X5/X6s. The 0-60 is just a popular metric used for comparitive purposes and obviously does not matter to those focused on miles/kw or mpg.

Thanks for the info , and yes you are right those numbers must be obtained under ideal conditions, i just wanna check the numbers on my car because i never tested my car when it use to be completely stock and I'm thinking about getting the dme tune from carbahn next month so I'm gonna test it with dragy so i can see the real difference in 0-60 pre and post tune.

It's solid, no issues. Started off with a Dahler pigtail and wound up setting a light after a few months. Removed then went with JB4. Been on Map 2 since. Noticeable power gains but want more now lol

Only add on top of JB4 now is the Dahler exhaust from cat back & a flap controller. Nice added sound but want more now as well.

Practice Launch Control, run the fuel tank down to about 1/4 to shed some weight. Maybe lay off on the whip cream triple latte too

That was even with the JB4. The X5M feels like it will rev to the moon and beg for more. I'm guessing a lot of it has to do with the different manifold/downpipe configuration and turbos.

With a flash tune the M50i begs for more too
