Looking to downsize from 741m 21 staggered to 740m 20 square

Living in bay area.

Have a factory 21 staggered 741m wheel and tire from x5 45e M sport.

The tire are hankook ventus s1 evo3
275/40 r21
315/35 r21

Only has <100 miles on them

Want to down size to 20 inch 740m for better all season compatibility.

Pirelli p zero summer tires - pretty much new from late September.

742M - 22s - Silver and Black

I need to go to Tahoe in the winter occasionally, the night temperature can dip below 14f. Don't want to crack the tire.

other than that, I can handle the ice and snow with a snow sock, so it is mainly about the temperature.

I find it is not that hard to get a 21 inch all season tires. So glad to keep the rims.
