Target afr's in the 13's down low and mid 12's in the upper mid/top end when the pump is up to speed. Raise the fuel scalar to keep trims in line and not maxed out. Raise boost as high as you'd like/as high as the pumps can supply fuel. Taper timing to 12.5 degrees at 5k and feel free to add more above 6k.

I think that about sums up 100% E85 tuning.

If ethanol content was lower you would be richer not leaner. I haven't looked at the log, what is your LPFP, HPFP and fuel trim values when AFR is 13?
