Isn't that just eibach prokit springs with bilstein shocks? I'm sure you can do the same with eibach springs with H&R shocks for much cheaper.

opps - that engine was the most underrated engine in the whole lineup. Was able to keep up with the 135i until you get to a straight line.

Ah nice, sounds good. Mate the VCE will be the easiest set of exams you'll be doing for the next 4-5 years...trust me when I say wait for uni. Relax a bit and let yourself enjoy the car!

That's an awesome car to start on mate! Had one in Lemans blue one on my L and P plates for a bit albeit in completely stock form. Great car to learn manual in and amazing through the corners. Maybe I'll be seeing you around when I get back down to Melbourne

'matched' B8's I believe.

Why would you want H&R shocks over B8's on a street car?

Need some help from fellow idrive and bluetooth members. So i was looking at where the Alpine amp would go and still yet to get my bluetooth working since owning it but found this cable hanging on the right hand side of the battery ....

Sorry for the large image i'll shrink it later when i have a bit of time.

Would this cable have anything to do with my bluetooth anyone else have it just unplugged sitting there ?

i want my bluetooth to work!

The Bilstein website shows the same shock absorber part number for both 120i and 130i. And I am pretty sure it would fit, as both cars are from the same platform.

Bilsteins are obviously better but if we're talking price wise H&R is more affordable.

Being 'matched' springs and shocks still makes them more of a spring and shock combo rather than true coilovers. That's why they are under 1k.
