Anyone else getting an ajax error message when attempting to login to the MyBMW web page from a smartphone to track your order? Tablets, laptops, and desktops work fine, but for some reason I'm getting this error on my iPhone.

FYI, I called BMW NA and told them about this issue when I asked for my car status a little earlier today. I told her that this issue appears limited to smartphones and not tablets or desktops. She stated at at least one other person called them for the very same issue on the mobile website. I think once bmwusa updated their website a couple weeks ago, this glitch happened. Hopefully, a fix is in the works.
And yes, a couple weeks ago it worked for me as well. |
