Opening Key Fob

Does anyone know how to take apart the key fob? Not only removing the back cover for access to the battery but completely opening to access the circuit board. Have not been able to find any information, someone must have some insight

My old e46 key had to be cut at the edges. This one looks similar. May I ask why you want to take it apart?

Thats what i was afraid of, I am looking to transfer the circuit board into a f15 key fob since it can not be reprogrammed

looks to me like once you break it open you will have to re glue it closed. Im sure BMW makes it this way on purpose. Im looking at my key now and it looks like its glued/sealed all the way around with no seem visible which shows me that its not made to split open

Oh that f15 key is sweet! I kinda find the F8x key fob big and fugly. They seem to have re-used lots of parts from the 3/4 series including the keyfob.
