What radar detector mount do you have?
Does anyone use anything other than the factory mount? I am wanting to mount my V1 to mirror and wire it to the power in the mirror.
What do you have? Pics would be helpful! |

I have the StickyCup for my 9500ix (available on Amazon - not sure if it has same connection as V1). I think it works pretty well. Still a little shake / vibration but much better than what came with the detector. I'm considering a Blendmount but not sure it's worth the investment since it is car- and detector-specific and I have a lease / expect I'll upgrade detector to Max at some point. So haven't bought one yet.

Blendmount is the mount so you can use it with hardwiring or hanging cord. To avoid hanging cord you need to hardwire. Mount and power are two different things.
