XM Radio Audio Pulsing

Just brought my brand new M4 in for the 1200 mile service. I got it back and now the sound from the XM Radio is "pulsing". I didn't make it half a mile down the road. Brought it right back to the dealer.

The volume goes UP down UP down UP down about once per second. This doesn't happen if I change over to FM, etc - just XM. (So not likely the AMP or Active Sound related). Obviously this wasn't happening when I brought the car in. Doesn't matter in any case - warranty will cover it. However, I'm a bit disappointed that they will need to pull the head unit out of my brand new car to diagnose the problem. ...and it could take a couple of days.

Just curious if anyone has seen anything like this before?

Update just in...

Apparently if the service guy runs through the process to update the vehicle post-break-in settings, and forgets the last step (clicking "OK") then your XM audio (and ONLY your XM audio) will pulse up and down.

Not sure why that would happen, but that's what they are telling me.

Thats the explanation - Just in case anyone encounters a similar problem...
