Blackvue Problems

Is there a way to turn the Wifi off and have it stay off? When I'm driving I have to turn the Wifi off on my phone every time if I am using pandora or something otherwise the phone insists on connecting to the Blackvue network. Also, it will connect even if I'm in my family room or kitchen while the car is in the garage. It is incredibly annoying. Currently, if I switch it off it will turn on again the next time the camera turns on.

Of course, I can forget the network on my phone but I find it hard to believe I cannot disable the wifi until I need it, which is not often.

Thanks for any input.

Just push the button and release (where the power plugs in)

It's say wifi off... Something like that.

It takes about 20 seconds.

It'll stay off till you turn it back on.
