RDS radio signal stuck on display

Anyone have this issue - the RDS radio station signal is stuck on both the main display and the instrument cluster display. Meaning the name of the song that was playing when I initially created my presets is how the station comes up, permanently. Even if I turn off RDS and turn it back on it still displays the song from last week when I picked up the car. I even deleted the station from my presets, and stored it again when that station was on a commercial (at the suggestion of my dealer's genius), and it reverted to that initial song name. I'm going to call BMW genius today but wanted to know if anyone has had this issue. Thanks.

That is how it works. You need to time the setting of the preset to when it is displaying the station callsign (or whatever you want it to say).
