Navi set to 200ft.

Typically I drive around w/ my navi set to .25 or .5 miles - when I'm not navigating. Always in "perspective mode" and "show real-time traffic"

Recently I've been tooling around w/ it set to 200ft. HA! All this great detail on the map pops up. Fantastic! It's now my current standard for non-navigational driving. Some good eye candy

800ft and I zoom in on confusing intersections or when the directions aren't clear.

When I do road trips I usually leave it out far enough to see my location and the destination. Lets me see how much progress I've made.

The older navi in my F30 328i had a nice image of the Santa monica mountains so I'd leave it in 1 mile all the time. The new one doesn't have that nice detail anymore, but seemingly is better now when at 400 or less.
