Reprogram szl module
I installed a used szl on my 2010 bmw m3 because my paddle shifters were not working. Now I need to code it to my car. Does anyone know how to do this?

Anyone who has the coding software, and lots of people do. I had a friend do mine, but unless you are in NH, he would not be very convenient.

And to be specific, there is a misconception the SZL needs to be programmed on a transplant not just coded in order the change the VIN. This is not true: If coded to "defaults" according to the "FA" of the vehicle, the VIN will be changed in the SZL and can be verified by querying the AIF in INPA.
