dct transmission tune question

so right after I purchased my e92 m3, I ordered the tune from alpine motorsports after reading so many great reviews. well long story short, the dealer ended up buying back the m3 due to reoccurring electrical issues. I now have the tune for the transmission I was never able to use sitting on my kitchen table and not sure what I should do with it. there was a core return option but should I sell everything instead or return the part to receive the core and sell whatever is left?

ive emailed alpine motorsports and even tried calling them and have had no luck. sorry if I posted this in the wrong section btw!
