Does anyone recognize this M3?

Hey guys, I'm in the market for a used F80 and have come across a CPO one at a dealer in the D.C. area. I'm in the process of working a deal with them but I'm curious to know if anyone knows anything about this car or the previous owner.

The car was wrapped in what appears to be metallic blue vinyl. Otherwise it's stock and in good shape.

I have attached some images of it.

Any insight would be appreciated!

I was looking at that m3 online too. I was going to check it out next time I went to DC.
