Groaning noise when turning tight-like in a parking lot

There is a loud droning noise that seems to be coming from the front end when I’m driving slow and turning the wheel 90% like you would turn the car around in a parking lot. Seems to be making the noise while turning to the left. Any ideas?

If it only does it when turning left, the right front wheel bearing may be bad. No noise when turning right?

Correct. I’m going to take it in for service and have a tech ride with me.
