Spacers with MP HAS

I run stock 19s with stock tire size (PS4S).

I had them drop me to recommended height yesterday. I want to add spacers, and was thinking 12 mm all around. Will it rub?

What spacers are you guys running with stock 437's?

15F/12R is recommended for your setup. Brings the tires flush with the fenders.

Can you define "regular driving"? lol

Would it be wise to go 12F/10R to be safe?

Road warriors need not apply, but the 15/12 should suit 99% drivers out there. If you want to dial back to 12F/10R that would give you a bit of extra clearance.

Just matters on your level of OCD, most choose the 15/12.

As long as you are running stock tires, no problem.

That's what I'm running. Even with that I was amazed at the increase of road debris kicked up by the extra stance.

The spacers push your wheels out, hence they stick out more. All those rocks and pebbles that once harmlessly hit inside your fender, well now some of them escape and hit the side of your car (especially the rear fender, thank you extra PPF).

Do you find they impact the driveability in any way?

frankiebones im on KW HAS, 437M 255/35-19 front 285/35-19 rear no spacers

What Jockey is saying was very noticeable with 20's when I was very low on KW HAS, after increasing to 0.5 front 0.2 rear it has improved but will raise front a bit more since it seems the 19s are kinda tight when turning in parking and driveway still an issue 80%

Tom, sorry to dig up something so old, but have a relevant question that I think you have the info to answer.

If I have an oem suspension car then add MP HAS onto it, not at the lowest setting, but about halfway down; and a 5mm spacer up front. Can I run stock 437s without rubbing/binding? Rubber would be RE71R in 265/285-35-19.

I had to run a spacer after lowering the car on my aftermarket wheels for clearance, but the 437s are needed for an hpde event upcoming.

appreciate your time!

RE71s run pretty wide, you will need to measure beforehand just to be 100% sure.

I had this setup with 265 PS4S + 5mm spacer with no issues. And my suspension was just above the lowest setting.

Appreciate it Tom, will swap wheels hopefully tomorrow and have an idea with static load anyway. For reference I run MPSS 275 front and 295 rear (9.5 and 10.5" wheels respectively) on the street and have a very minor front rub near lock when the shock compresses deeply. Definitely wider overall but offsets on those wheels are also different.

Appreciate the reference, I'm just going to be fingers crossed for now- will swap . No idea what comparable new rubber I can even source at this stage in the game, as RE71 is NLA, MPS4s I'll destroy in a weekend...we'll see I guess.

Ok, verdict is - will not fit. To the drawing board?

It doesn't even seem close actually. I might need an additional 5-7mm I think....holy shit, I don't really want to run 10-12mm of spacers on track, do I?

Either way I'll have to figure out a solution asap as the RE71s will be done for after this event if I make it. May just not be worth it to stress trying to figure this out before the weekend I'm trying to make.
