Dirty clear bra

Hey all,
Had my hood clear bra done a year ago. Approx a month ago I noticed these yellow spots. I did a wash, iron remover , clay etc on it to try to remove. Seemed like it kinda went away. Today I got a express detail at a local detailer and see these spots. Exactly the same ones. Any help on removing ?
Also the clear bra on my hood still seems dirty, as if it’s dusty but it isn’t. Any help ?

looks almost like coke (or some brown liquid) that dried and possibly stained it.

Try P21S total auto wash
99% might cook the film and topcoat, so use it fast and minimal amounts...don't scrub.
a light polish might work, something like HD Speed has helped us in the past in situations like this.

last resort, rip it off and redo it
