Problem: spotify not showing on IDrive app

I had the problem of spotify app not showing on my idrive several months ago. With the help of the forum, it was concluded it was a spotify app update problem sl I reverted to an older update of the app and it started working again


Now several months have gone by and I took the car out of storage and now it is not working. When I got to managed devices the "app" option is unchecked. I check it and it starts working again but then as soon as I turn the car2off then on...it unchecked the box. Unsure of these 2 problems or correlated


Any help would be appreciated.

P.S.. android samsung note 8 phone
