Sloppy work from shop when installing springs - missing strut brace bolts

I had my MP HAS installed some time back and today when I was under the hood I noticed that some bolts were missing:

- 13mm (#2 in the picture) securing carbon fiber brace to the steel brace
- Torx screw (#1 in the picture) on driver side
- 13mm similar to #2 but on the passenger side

A total of 3 missing bolts. My guess is the shop that installed the suspension left these off. How bad is it to drive with these missing for a street car? I’m not so concerned about #1 but I am concerned about #2 on both sides as these seem to be some of the many bolts holding the carbon fiber brace in place. I know there are many bolts securing these braces in place so I doubt missing these 3 is the worst thing in the world. My two local BMW dealers surprisingly don’t have these in stock so they had to special order.

I hate sloppy work by shops. Shame on me for not double checking.

Yeeesh. That's garbage.

I reckon they're only there to increase chassis rigidity so I don't think anything bad can happen just commuting around town.

Someone else will probably tell you that the car will explode, but obviously get new ones sooner than later.

Nothing will happen. Just get replacement bolts and install them. Torque to spec.

Appreciate the feedback. From the total number of bolts that were in place, I think there should still have been enough to secure it in place despite the missing ones.

It's part of the crash structure and load management design of the car. Don't get in a wreck or hit a curb and it should be fine, but definitely get them fixed ASAP and torque them to spec.
