How is this possible? In Burnaby (Vancouver BC) Canada:

The ad says it will be available on April 20th and will have 1651 km. They are asking $45k. It says National warranty available.

Since these haven't even been released in Canada - Is this a scam or are they bringing one up from the USA? 1000 miles from Vancouver could be Northern California.

that may work.... kind of like how ferrai supposedly buys the car back from you after 10 miles and then gives you 100k and they sell it for 500k above msrp...

i am keeping mine all to my self for a least 5-8 yrs

A quick reverse-lookup shows that the phone number belongs to Pacific Autosport, who appear to be a Canadian used car outfit. I'm guessing they have the car on order with an American dealer that's about 1650km away, as the OP suggests.
