DDV is used, I had it on a few months. There is some oil inside it and some residue on the outside as well as a few scratches from the installation. All parts are included. The recirculation hoses were cut to fit, and you may need longer ones for your installation.

$150, shipping is included to the continental U.S.

*Update* Back on the market. I got two new hoses for the diverter and a new smaller clamp for connecting the main pipe to the throttle body.

I ran into some issues with it as I mentioned in my review. However I have since gotten a tighter clamp for the connection to the throttle body which should allow it to hold better. With this thing you just have to tighten everything incredibly tight. Aside from the intercooler pipe, all the other fittings are on metal pipes, so you probably should tighten them until they won't go any tighter, then tighten them some more.
