FS: Re-shaped steering wheel with carbon inserts(M stitching)
started off life as an M3 steering wheel. has been re-shaped and has carbon inserts. this has never been used before and is brand new. i have 2 versions of the same wheel (one for paddles and one for non paddle cars). you will need sport airbag to be able to use this wheel. steering wheel has been re-shaped to follow the hartge steering wheel. the original hartge steering wheels go for bout $2000 to $3000, see the links below to give you a rough idea on pricing. http://www.nyxracing.com/hartge-leat...8-p-59510.html http://www.turnermotorsport.com/html...CT_ID=32630565 the other company that offers custom steering wheels is EAS. however, it is considerably more expensive and you will have to send in your stock steering wheel (which mean u wont be able to drive for at least 2 weeks and you wont be able to go back to stock if you desire to). http://www.europeanautosource.com/pr...oducts_id=1908 price: $900 SHIPPED price lowered: $800 Shipped if you give me your stock steering wheel to perform the work on, price will be lowered by another $100

yeap, it will fit all 1 series cars since the 3 and 1 series share the same steering wheels... you'd have to have the sports steering wheel with the round air bag though... if you dont have that then it wont fit.

yeap, the steering wheel is actually custom. we have the one above in stock but if you want other colors, anything is possible... you can have carbon or no carbon, perforated leather or non perforated... and whatever stitching color you want...
check m steering wheel out... no carbon with perforated/smooth leather combo and red stitching.

if you want to give your original steering wheel to me after i ship you the new steering wheel, i'll be able to give you credit for it - $100. to ensure that you'll have full use of your car, you dont have to give in your steering wheel until i ship you the new one. u install the new wheel then ship me your original wheel. you'll get the $100 credit once i receive your original wheel.

yeap, its possible... any material with any color stitching...
just a word of warning on alcantara, if you track your car a lot, i recommend it but if you dont, i'd suggest u stay away from alcantara. some owners with sweaty hands end up discoloring the alcantara in certain sports after a few years and it ends up looking very bad. they end up sending the wheel back to me to have it re-upholstered again in fresh alcantara. which costs more $$$... so in the long run, alcantara is harder to maintain and more expensive to keep. plus you can use regular leather conditioners and cleaners on alcantara... it doesnt work.
