Deodorizing the trunk
My trunk has a smoky/dusty type smell that's bothering me. If I leave clothes in there for a day or two, it gets into the clothes.
Can you guys recommend a deodorizing agent for the carpet in the trunk? Would regular Febreeze do the trick?

vacuum the carpet and leave the trunk open for some time or
take the carpet out and lay it somewhere. if you use febreez ur clothes will smell like febreez

Lots of different options. You can put baking soda in the trunk to help absorb odors. If it's really bad I pour the baking soda in a tray so it can readily absorb the odors (just make sure you don't drive with it still in there). Another option is to use a product that won't just mask the smell but kill the source. The Chemical Guys Sofast Odor Eater or the Chemical Guys Extreme Offensive Odor Eliminator are two great products for the job. I woudl recommend you spray the Sofast Odor Eater liberally over the surface. It has a great sour apple scent that will last a couple of days while it breaks down any organic matter causing the foul odors. Let me know if you have any questions.
