Paint Repair Help
Yesterday someone rubbed the back of my rear bumper trying to parallel park behind me. Not a ton of damage but damage nonetheless. Two definite rips of the paint where PDC would be, and above you can see a faint line of where their bumper pushed along mine. Obviously pushed hard enough to see the circles for PDC and then kept going.
 Any recommendations for a good paint shop in Socal/Irvine area? Anyone with suggestions/tips on repairing the area or does the whole bumper need to be repainted? Thoughts on how much it would cost? Pics attached, thanks for any help.
