Detailer's Domain: Mini Cooper Nightmare
Mini Cooper - This Mini was a bit of a surprise. We figured it would be a 8 hour job. How bad could it possible be, its such a small car. The customer asked for paint correction services and the interior to be cleaned....he then added he would like the wheels pulled off/detailed and the wheel wells detailed as well. Okay when we got the car it was something else.......take a look what a disaster!

One of the worst interior for sure... I guess you charge more when you remove the seats and do intensive wheel/wheel wells work ?

I really enjoy these threads, but this was a story of a car that actually needed a serious detail, not a slightly dirty brand new car

Nice detailed write up Phil, thanks for sharing....what was your method for removing all the dog hair? I'm sure the vacuum wasn't sufficent on it's own....
great job

Fantastic job, Phil! I gotta ask... what do people say who pick up their cars, like that one, in as decrepit state as it was in? Are they in awe, or just in a rush to get out of there, due to embarrassment?
