Fraud By "komitao" ("tony Phung")

Does anyone know who "Komitao" is?

I sent him $1200 CDN. for some rims over a month ago and of course nothing arrived. He has changed his numbers and gave me fake tracking numbers.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I believe he has a 2009 135i (Alpine White).

He may have used the fake name "Tony Phung"

how did you pay him? if you used a cc thru paypal or sent the money as goods in paypal, its usually easy to get your money back

from what you describe, you are never gonna see the rims, so try to get your money back any possible way

Go to http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx to amke a Complaint and requset an investigation.

He wired it to him... (which is about as trusting as you can get, cuz there is little you can do to get it back)

apparently this is not the first time Tony Phung has done this to somebody...i hate to hear crap like this. People really suck sometimes. Instead of stealing money...get your lazy, POS ass to work like the rest of us...or join Obama and he will give you handouts and reward your laziness and lack of productivity in society from all the tax money that fool takes from me!

+1 Don't ban him, Moderators should be able to trace his IP address, you can get a pinpoint location on him.
