i thought i read somewhere that the one lap was to be done on one set of tire must have read wrong.

I think it is safe to say that wasn't his car nor his tires! lol

From the sounds of the tire squeal I don't even think the tires were Michelins! lol Looks like (smokey) fun.

^ you are correct sir. not his car. his is a good driver though. he had the 8th fastest time in Daytona.
