Adam's products are AMAZING!! X6 full detail pics!

So, stayed up last night til about 1:45. All in all, took me about 6-7 hours. All I can say it WOW! I picked the car up about 2 weeks ago, and I just wasn't happy with the job the dealer had done....looks like all they did was wash it and shine the tires. I searched for a few places to get the job done, but after some thought and finding this board, I decided to do it myself...and I'm so glad I did! I'm extremely happy with how it came out. I had two spots with etching, one from bird poop and the other from un unknown source. I was able to get rid of one (bird poop) completely! The other, still slightly visible... (advice)?? I have to give LOTS of credit to the people at Adam's. These products are amazing...and very easy to use. Enough with my story, let's get the the car.

Steps:
Wheels/Tires
Wash
Detail Spray and Clay Bar (entire car)
Rinse & Dry
Swirl and Haze Remover (followed by...)
Revive
Brilliant Glaze ( I LOVE THIS PRODUCT)
Americana Wax
After I was done (even though it was around 1:30 in the morning) I decided to give the wheels a coat of glaze...was a good decision as it made the powder coat POP!
VRT

The results are amazing. The car has a SUPER smooth mirror like finish now. It's exactly the "You need sunglasses to look at it" look I was looking for! Sorry for the sunny pics.

Did you use a DA buffer? If you did not, it will take your detailing to the next level. I used my new Porter Cable this weekend on the wife's 135 vert...so nice! But it took me three days to complete....

Actually was done all by hand. I fear the rotary...Ive never used one and don't want to take any chances. Last thing I want is to burn the paint.

Nice job man, I know that took some serious time and effort.

I'm wimping out in my "old" age and leaving such things to the pros. Although the really skilled ones are not cheap.
