I have a set of valve cover gaskets that I purchased from the dealership 3 years ago when I owned my '02 X5 4.4i. These are brand new, still in the sealed plastic bags from the dealership. Part numbers are as follows:

11 12 0 034 104
11 12 0 034 105

According to realoem.com they fit E38's, E39's, E53's, and the E52 Alpina V8 roadster with the 4.4L V8 engine. You MUST check the part numbers first to make sure they will work with your application.

Price is $65 shipped for the set. This is cheaper than Tischer BMW which generally has the lowest price on OE dealer parts. Payment via Paypal only. Pictures upon request.
