Sorry no, is it an inspection 1 or 2? If I were you I'd buy the service items from the likes of www.bmminiparts.com and supply it to the dealer so you are just paying for labour. In my experience you will most likely halve the service cost.

NBTBRV8 there is no such thing as inspection 1 and 2 for the E92 M3. Its called condition based servicing...
why the hell would you change plugs at 30,000kms? What does the car say you should do in the vehicle status on the iDrive? Do you even know ur car has an iDrive system? All you need at 30,000 is oil change, brake fluid and thats it! maybe air filter if you can be bothered. Gearbox fluid doesnt need to be done til ages and spark plus dont need to be changed until around 60,000kms. |

Might have to find a new workshop?
Rossi, I thought diff and tranny fluids are classed as lifetime-fill by BMW and never require replacement? I'd still probably do it at 100,000km, but it will be long gone by then. Brake fluid is done every 2yrs and a cabin microfilter every so often. I get oil changes every 10,000km, compared to BMW's 25-30,000km intervals. BMW probably recommend plugs @100,000km, but 60,000km sounds more reasonable... hate to think what aussie stealerships charge for plugs, I think they want $100 per plug here...what a joke |
