Actually, there's a thought. I might investigate getting on track at Sepang... Not much chance of skiing here.

You are correct Karl. I'll have to change it! Looked at the wrong date on my calendar.

Are you in for the 30th?

Yep I'll be on street tyres, using RE-11's, and KW v2 coilovers.

Will be interested to see the rs3's if you get them, some awesome reviews in the states! With the wheels I have and how low I am they were a little to wide for me (without rubbing) but they are good value!

BMW Club trackday is on at Lakeside on the 31st as well. Lots of trackdays close together. I'm on a mission to get the E36 M3 ready to see if I can get into the 57's at Lakeside....

I'm exact same setup as Michael, RE-11 and V2's. My RE-11's are more like semi-slicks though, no tread left so we'll see how things go.

Yes I remember how low you are. The rs3 s are very square. I had the guards rolled the other day from that guy vin recommended. 265 s just fit. They deffinately Have more grip than the AD08 s and the federals rsr.

Didnt know about the lakeside trackday. Can't do 3 days in a row. So may have to make a decision.

For the record on the front they don't fit with gtc 8.5 in wheels, they require a 8mm spacer

ooh i'd love to hear what you think of them... handling/comfort/ride height/adjustability etc. they're exactly what i'm after.

don't clear the inner lip? what offset? hope they'd clear my 8.5's up the front :/
