Spacer Question
I'm in the process of ordering a set. What's the consensus of those who've installed them? 12 front, 10 rear? 10's all around? Any other suggestions?

I've installed the "recommended" 12 front / 10 rear. Here's some pictures of the setup:
http://f10.m5post.com/forums/showthr...hlight=spacers I'm generally very pleased with the setup, however I occasionally go back and forth on whether 12 on the front is a little too much and 10 would be better. 10 in the rear is perfect. I would highly recommend you try to see a 12 / 10 setup in person before committing.

That's my issue. No Beasts around to evaluate in person. Depending on this board for insight.

Had 12/10. I'd go 10/10 if doing it again.

I'd go 12/10 if you are lowered, 10/10 if not. Love mine so far

I have a 2014 M5 on order and currently drive a C63.
I tried a similar setup on my car and had no problem with the rears on. However, when the 10mm H&R's were on the front I would get very noticeable vibration by 70-80mph and I felt unsafe to go any faster. I just had to take them off. Sent them back and they said that they were not defective. Are you guys saying that there is no noticeable difference pre/post spacers? That's really good to know. |

I have always used Macht Schnell spacers. Never any problems. Can't vouch for H&R spacers.
