I would say no. But, take a look at the link to their eBay site and read the details on the item. Having read on here quite a bit there is a clear difference in the e90 and e92/93.

Yes, I opened it but did not install it. Nothing alarming from the construction or quality of the item. I took some pics and uploading them..kind of hard to photo this as it is bit large sitting on the table lol. I will be away for a few days and cant get any more pics, but can respond to any questions.

I have this diffuser on my E90, and fitment is pretty good.

I didnt do much with it. Held it up, thats about it. Looked like it does in the pics. Someone else replied they have it and fits good.
