The day has finally come for me to sell this car. I just don't have room for it any longer at it's not being driven like it should be. So, I hope this car will go to a well deserving owner who will appreciate it for what it is.

I purchased this car new in Feb. of '09 and have taken meticulous care of it since day one. The car currently has 40,XXX miles on it. All fluids have been changed at twice the BMW recommended rate as out of pocket expenses. All services have been done at BMW approved centers. Of course, I have all the records and service history for the car. The car has always been garaged and has rarely ever seen rain.

The color (sparkling graphite metallic) was only produced in 2008. So with the exception of the factory matte colors this color is one of the rarest colors of this generation M3 - the closest car in the same color that I know of is in SC. The interior color is Extended Black Novillo leather.

Mods on the car are as follows:

Remus cat-back exhaust (German system, beautifully crafted)
H&R spacers and lugs, 12mm front and 10 mm rear
Macht Schnell intake filter
Carbon Fiber front lip spoiler
Carbon Fiber rear diffuser
Blacked out kidneys
3M clear bra-completely unnoticeable unless you are right up against the car
Tinted all around

The car is currently shod with Vredentaein Ultrac Sessanta tires which are far superior in wet and dry conditions to the Michelin PS2s the car originally came with. Rear tires are about 4 months old with minimal wear. Front tires have ~50% of life remaining.

The car originally stickered for $72,225 with $15,725 in options. If you are seriously interested in this car then you will be able tell if you are happy with the list of options from the sticker. I have the title in hand.

I have a set of H&R springs NIB that I will include in the sale. I also have the original exhaust if you wish to revert to stock sound and performance.

The car is absolutely flawless with the exception if a small ding a few inches above the clear-bra (of course) on the hood.
