Conditioned based servicing?
Is BMW Aus still recommending conditioned based servicing?
Reason I ask, is that i received an email from a dealership stating that I needed a service cause they haven't serviced my car for 12 months, which would go against conditioned based servicing. |

All modern BMWs still use condition based servicing however there are at least 2 items within the CBS that is on an annual timer as well as a KM countdown I believe. Oil changes and vehicle inspections/checks.
It's things like brakes, serpentine belt etc that are purely on KMs driven.

I asked about the belt the other day as my car is at 95kkms and in the dealer getting some other work done (water pump + thermostat). I was told it was a "non serviceable item" so I skipped it ..... for now.
I'm thinking its only serviceable when it breaks
