UCP (ultimate clutch pedal)
Is it worth it was looking at this and changing the delay valve at the same time thoughts???

I'd have loved one of these, alas LHD only. My dreams of the ultimate E82 MT setup...
E46 M3 tranny bushings, BMW SSK (either full or partial depending on tranny version), derlin bushings in the gaiter for a long life of slamming gears in, CDV delete, clutch stop and ultimate clutch pedal. I wouldn't mind a brake pedal a bit closer to the accelerator either, I always felt heel-toe distance between the two to be a bit far (IMO).

Ah yes those CAE shifters are badass. Very popular in the Porsche world.
