haomap wroteI kind of had the same issue up front. The right side was 1/4” higher than the left. The rear were spot on. All I did was move one of the tie rod and align the flat surface and squared off with the ball mount. It was that sensitive. Prior to that my ‘24 50e would pull to the left and the ACC was a bit weird when centering itself, felt like it was a bit wobbly.I have a set of mode concept links installed and the height keeps changing (2024 X5 M60i). Car is currently leaning as its lower on one side. All links are hand tightened appropriately with a spanner.

kerim wroteKerim, not trying to thread jack but I can't PM yet lol. Were your windows not the tinted glass, they look pretty clear, or is the tint just super light?Just finished install of RGSPORT drop links on my newly delivered (today) MY22.
Straight home from dealer into my garage for mods:happyanim:
With the correct tools and Ben's instructions install was a breeze. Just raised car to highest setting and no need for wheel removal
What is the final height everyone is getting on loading after drop link install, from floor to wheel arch
Gtz1wickedest wroteIs the second picture your ride height or load height?Another note to add if you go super low it rides like a Honda on cut springs and you get a chasis malifuntion message when entering loading mode just putting it out there for future installers. Went with recommended adjustments and rides perfect.
First pic was super low and getting errors.
Second pic looks level and rides perfect.
PaPaDrew G30 wroteYes.So any G05 X5 with air ride can accomplish this?
akgambino wroteAs long you follow my recommendation on the setting, ride quality and comfort is as good as stock. Can someone provide some feedback on the impact the RGsport lowering links have on overall ride quality/comfort when installed exactly per their instructions? I would 100% do this mod if there is none or negligible impact on ride quality/comfort since that is the reason to have a g05 with air ride in the first place lol
Olekiller wroteI got a brake fluid change once and after, the guy told me that he had to charge like $20 more cause he needed to "re-program" the computer. I asked him a few times what was there to re-program and if he needed to use an OBD scanner for something, and he said 'to reset the brake fluid change counter'. He reset the counter without charging me extra, some mechanics think you don't know anything.Hey I ordered lowering links at a shop called eumd that did my powder coating for my wheels. Anyways they are charging me $300 for installation saying they have to program the car after installing. Like I know that's not correct and needs no programming. But I just want to confirm from you
Ninefourteener wroteInstead of using two jacks, do you think one 3-ton jack that can lift to a max height of 24" would be enough?3. You do NOT need to remove any of the wheels to install links, but you do need 2 floor jacks to be able to get the rear end up high enough to lay under the car comfortably.
Ninefourteener wroteDo you rotate your wheels? My new wheels don't have spacers, but the offset is equivalent to running stock 21s or 22s..... with a 35mm and 40mm spacer.
bizfiend wroteNo. I wouldn't trust lifting the entire rear end of an X5 with one jack. Truthfully, I'm not sure the X5 even has a suitable location to lift the entire rear from the back with one jack.Instead of using two jacks, do you think one 3-ton jack that can lift to a max height of 24" would be enough?
Ramps would work too... but I would definitely support it on both sides.
Ninefourteener wroteWhen you use 2 jacks, are you using one under the rear jacking point and one under the control arm of the same rear wheel? No. I wouldn't trust lifting the entire rear end of an X5 with one jack. mr.pringle wrotedamn that is hot!thank you so much for this post! So much help! Just did mine!
One inch drop all round
Do I really have to jack up both sides at the same time or can I do one side then move to the other side?
I am getting older and an SUV might suit me better and hold my chair better than my back seat. I would appreciate it if someone could take that measurement for me. I will check back time to time.
