dbull2 wrotehave you done anything to try to remedy? In the last couple of weeks, I have not been able to see the tire pressure function on MYBMW app. Has anyone else had this issue? I have a 2019 40i.

telematics reboot?
I still get readings on mine. MY21 45e
nZtiZia wroteYes, to all the above plus uninstalled the app and reinstalled. Still no tire pressure. Also checked the app on my wife's phone and she doesn't have it any longer. Must have disappeared with the latest update to 4.5.2.have you done anything to try to remedy?

This sucks. I had Trip information for about a week, then it disappeared, now tire pressure.
I wonder, since my connected drive service expire and I signed for the yearly subscription for connected drive if tire pressure monitoring is not part of the package.
jad03060 wroteI'll check that but after last remote software update I made sure all data privacy boxes were checked. There's a data privacy setting that may have been reset that must be on to get data OTA. Someone will remember where it is, right now, I don't.

did the loss of said data coincide with your ConnectedDrive renewal? I won’t be able to test if they’re connected until late Dec 2024 when my subscription expires
dbull2 wrotethis has happened to me on more than one occurrence when Data Privacy settings were updated OTA where the settings were reset to default “no service”jad03060 wroteI'll check that but after last remote software update I made sure all data privacy boxes were checked. There's a data privacy setting that may have been reset that must be on to get data OTA. I am not sure if the tire pressure disappeared when I renewed the connected drive subscription at the end of March. I may have checked it while on a trip in May but I am not sure.
I've done a hard reset (70 seconds) and I am supposed to wait at least 30 minutes before checking again. I will post update after that.
UPDATE: After waiting over an hour, I started the X in order to get a new update to the app. Logged out of the app. After logging in still no tire pressure info. I will open a ticket tomorrow with connected dirve customer support.
Just refreshing the app by swiping down and looking at progress spinner - doesn't actually refresh live status, never did. Granted, I only own the car for a couple of months now (CPO 2022).
sp1906207 wroteThe only way that seems to be working for me to update any "current status" in MYBMW app (including locks and tire pressure numbers) is to do "3D View Update".

driftkido wroteany time there’s a change in status, the Home Screen time/date stamp should update, e.g. locking, unlocking, preconditioning, etcUnlocking does update not locking.
swiping down the screen if there’s been no actual change in vehicle status won’t update the time/date stamp. why would it? the stamp reflects the last time there’s been a change in status
nZtiZia wroteQuite simple actually - my car is parked quite far away, where I cannot easily check it in person. Assuming that realtime "push" status communications are not 100% reliable (can we really guarantee that it is?), I would like to check the current status, at this time - as if I was looking at my car personally.swiping down the screen if there’s been no actual change in vehicle status won’t update the time/date stamp. why would it?
It's like checking email - if email pictogram is not showing any new mails, it may mean that there's no new mails - OR - it may mean that update failed.
So I would expect to have an option to update the state manually.
bkushner2 wroteHaving same issue and tried everything to no avail.
MtnDave wrotey’all have tried telematics remote reboot and verified your Data Privacy settings?I have the same issue with the app. Tried all the fixes mentioned in this thread but no resolution.
nZtiZia wroteWill try this next.y’all have tried telematics remote reboot and verified your Data Privacy settings?
bkushner2 wroteThis fixed it. I did a reset and my pressures are back on the app. ThanksWill try this next.
