UncleWede wroteAs a small minority owner (who didn't have a say in the coach sackings), I hope for financial reasons that United does not get relegated!ManU headed for relegation???
As an Arsenal fan, I am happy to see them towards the bottom of the table and not in the top-4.....

Odegaard is supposed to be returning for the mid-week European match, so let's see if his absence is the reason why the gunners have been firing blanks the last month or so.....
Meanwhile Manchester City and Arsenal are faltering...
e90Nate wrote3-0 today with Ruud still temp managingmanchester united look stronger with Ruud behind the wheel, will be interesting to see how they do with the new manager. Todays game was a bit of a bore but I will take a 1-1 draw.
vreihen16 wroteOdegaard has an assist today in his comeback...against Chelsea. I think his omission is part of why Arsenal have not been performing well..I think that City is fighting the injury bug.

wizardofOz wroteThis was Arsenals chance to overtake City but they have not been performing this passed 2 weeks, hopefully the international break gives some of their guys a much needed rest.Liverpool have a 5 point lead at the top of the table heading into an international break...can't say nothing, they have been playing some good football defensively and offensively..

vreihen16 wroteI don't think its a good idea for him to play international games, who knows if he'll be injured againOdegaard is staying home for this international break, after being injured during the previous one.....
wizardofOz wroteIt seems after every international break there have been a ton of injuries. These guys are getting overplayed for sure!I don't think its a good idea for him to play international games, who knows if he'll be injured again
e90Nate wroteIronic that Arsenal players for example like Saka were saying they thought this was THE year...somehow not looking likely..It seems after every international break there have been a ton of injuries. These guys are getting overplayed for sure!
wizardofOz wroteSo true, this should have been their year. I did not expect Liverpool to be this strong with a new manager. You also can never truly rule City out of the race as they always start off slow.Ironic that Arsenal players for example like Saka were saying they thought this was THE year...somehow not looking likely..

Arsenal closed the gap to one point with City, but Liverpool is still at the top and will likely add another three points to their lead after the Southhampton match today.....
