Thanks. It’s a great ride. Getting front windows tinted today and windshield UV film. I?m also getting the front Clear PPF on lower rockers, mirror caps, wheel arches and rear bumper.

Honestly, the customer experience was trash but I stuck it out. Had to get their general manager involved. BMW should seriously consider the direct sales model hybrid. For those who’d like to avoid sales center employees altogether then use them for service only. For those who need all the sales pitch and hand holding then they can still go get massaged in the unprofessional sales spaces with unqualified client advisors.

The very reason I deal only with the Sales Manager. I have zero patience with the CA having to ask the SM for permission to take a leak.
