VTENGR wroteGreat deal. That should make a nicely optioned M50i in the $104K-ish and a totally loaded one for $110k. That should give a good blue print on where the X5M and X5M Competition is headed. You are going to pay a lot more for just a few tenths of a second quicker 0-60mph. This might make the X3Mc the best buy if you are going after a track SUV.If I read it right, seems to only be 2k higher than the 2019 X5 50i. Seems like quite the deal.

VTENGR wroteI think its roughly equal making it an even better deal. The M50i has the M sport brakes, M differential, wifi hotspot, and wireless charging standard. M Sport brakes are optional on the 50i, the M differential is part of the dynamic handling package, and the wifi hotspot/wireless charging are part of the premium package. I don't know how much those would cost individually or if the M50i would actually have the premium package as standard. If the premium package were standard then there would be a $600 price difference that could be accounted for by the M differential. Either way I'm having a bit of buyers remorse now. Dealers unwilling to go close to 11% off MSRP on the M50i would help my buyers remorseIf I read it right, seems to only be 2k higher than the 2019 X5 50i. Seems like quite the deal.
JF01 wroteShow me ANY new car that doesn't charge a destination fee."Plus $995 Destination" means that you have to pay extra cost for the delivery?
Sorry for a stupid question
But with BMW, you have the choice not to pay that fee.. you only have to... keep driving your existing vehicle.

Who's on first wroteYes, you're right, but in RF that fee is already included in the price and you don't need to pay any extras for the delivery. I though it works the same way everywhere.Show me ANY new car that doesn't charge a destination fee.

Ibiza wroteWith a completely stock other than a 93 octane tune my F15 2014 X5 is already in the low 3's. These N63TU motors have lots of untapped potential. Great sleeper and assaults about anything on the road. Can only imagine the performance numbers for the upcoming F95. The X5 M50 is 0.1 sec slower than the F85; F95 should be mid 3 sec 0-60. Crazy for a velicle that big and heavy.
VTENGR wroteAbout $7k price differential between the regular xDrive50i (which I don't even think anyone gets), and $2k differential between the M-sport xDrive50i.If I read it right, seems to only be 2k higher than the 2019 X5 50i. Seems like quite the deal.
at least for the m550i it was out for 2 years before bmw did this..
modthispny wroteIt was to be expected. If you couldn't see this coming, you must be legally blind.this is not cool by BMW at all. Both cars were brand new models for 2019, those that opted for the expensive V8 version get screwed big time.

lofrese1 wroteYeah. Way over 600hp.....at the wheels. The new X5m is going to be way over 600hp if the M50i has 523hp. This is good news!
This is insanity. Awesome insanity.

modthispny wroteAgreed to an extent, if you frequented the forums during the few months before G05 was released you knew that the M50i was coming the following year.this is not cool by BMW at all. Anyone else may not have known if they are just walking into a dealership, but ultimately their fault for not doing a bit of research before buying.
so it will be in the high 3s....
