Wtfitzvi wroteLove the artistry in the subtle flex of the second pic! Killer stable!Came home from vacation to this huge box. Looks like it survived the trip pretty well.

zztops wroteMine came pretty beat up some piping all scratched that was exposed when it came threw the box. No big issues though lol. Just funny how everyone is getting there shipments banged upBoxes got delivered. My boxes did not survive the trip very well. Kinda scared to look at the contents… one ripped wide open and the other retaped like a million times. 😅
Shuja_a wroteSince you shared, I’ll share too lolMine came pretty beat up some piping all scratched that was exposed when it came threw the box. No big issues though lol. Just funny how everyone is getting there shipments banged up
One of the pipes tops that slides in another pipe is bent too, but not by much and should still slip into the pipe it connects too, but pretty annoying. Plus whoever packaged it looks like they only put half to foam needed in the box. The foam in the pick with the muffler is literally all there was. What to do but laugh? I ain’t waiting any longer and I ain’t spending 12k plus on another brand that makes them perfect lol I’ll ask my shop to bend it circle again. Also, idk if I got all the pieces/hardware cause there’s no packing list or instructions in the box.
zztops wrotethank you really messy right now since I neglect it during the winter.Love the artistry in the subtle flex of the second pic! Killer stable!
zztops wroteI finally opened my box and everything seem ok. the pipes definitely shifted and the bag of hardware has tiny puncture marks.Boxes got delivered. my box was also taped a lot on the ends of each side. I hope they do. a better job protecting the exhaust since thats a more critical part.
arlind94 wroteSound awesome, definitely open up a little the sound. I like itDinan X pipe
Took a quick video as I got to work, will try to take a better one later.
Did open/close valves in comfort and open/close valves in sport (second half)
Should have just paid more and went Akra lol
zztops wroteOoof. Reach out to support at 1-800-341-5480 and they will get it replaced ASAP.Of course…. Hidden under the only wrapped part of the exhaust… the tips…

Dinan_Engineering wroteThanks. I reached out to that number. On repeat hold for endless amount of time. No answer. Hung up and sent an email. Unfortunately the installer is already doing the work to try to bend it back to be semi circular enough to put the tips on. Yay for increased labor costs. Just sucks when you pay for a new product and get this. Nothing I can really do at this point except hope for a partial refund. Cause wasting labor dollars and waiting longer seems like a bad idea..Ooof. Reach out to support at 1-800-341-5480 and they will get it replaced ASAP.
zztops wroteWait times on the phone are less then 5 minutes when calling directly. Now if you call the Holley line its much more egregious. Only recent exception was most of the company had a meeting today from 11:30-12:30 CST so if you called during that time it was a skeleton crew working and they may have gotten backed up during that time. Email will be a 24-48 hour turn. Phone always takes priority so anything time sensitive should be done via phone. Regardless, I'll ping the support manager to look out for the email.Thanks. Dinan_Engineering wroteMade initial contact via email. So far so good. No resolution yet, but the email support agent showed great empathy. So that means a lot. Idk if the ping to the manager is the reason, but either way I appreciate it!Wait times on the phone are less then 5 minutes when calling directly. zztops wroteThat's about a 30 sec fix by a competent shop. You could tap a centering cone into that from a wheel balancing machine or exhaust shop have expanders designed just for that. Here ... problem solvedOf course…. Hidden under the only wrapped part of the exhaust… the tips…

This is full cat-back with ER secondary cat delete. Pops and whistle all day. The cold start is aggressive as hell. So is the warm up after
Cold start > warm up (kinda)> comfort mode (first 3 revs between 3-4K)> sport plus M1 to force flaps open (next 3 revs between 3-4.5K)
zztops wroteThat sounds REALLY good.Anyways… for the positive: it sounds pretty damn good.

I get a little bit of farts/burbles as well during up shifts and down shifts as well.
I just drove the car home from the shop so not much time with the new midpipe on but so far I like it!
Heading out of town again tomorrow. I’ll try and get some sound clips uploaded this weekend.
Wtfitzvi wroteCurious (apologies if you already mentioned this), are you running the Dinan mid-pipe with a stock set up, or do you have other aftermarket parts (down-pipe, secondary cat delete, and/or axle-back, etc.)?Just got the midpipe on today and it definitely opens it up a bit more. Not a crazy difference but you can tell there is increase in noise.

My Dinan cat-back (mid-pipe and axle-back) system arrived yesterday and I am planning on having it installed soon. I was hoping for more than just a slight increase in volume… but rather better, more engaging sound.
I debated the Akrapovic + Evolution link pipe and Fi cat-back system, but settled on the Dinan without knowing for sure what it sounds like in person (it sounds good in videos and certainly seems to be a good ‘bang for the buck’). Hoping I’ll be satisfied…
Of note, the boxes arrived in relatively good condition (though I haven’t opened/sorted through the contents yet).
Thanks in advance!
