It'll be easier for you to F/U with what I write here by going to one of the sites still using the old version to see this flow for yourself, but here goes:

Just as example I went to the F44 BMW 2-series Gran Coupe Forum page as it is still old format.

After logging in, the upper main title bar which shows an image of the F44 and the Sub-Forum title in large font then populates in its lower right section seven potential clickable options: "User CP", "BMW Garage", "BMW Meets", "New Posts", "Search", "Quick Links", and "logout".

Clicking on "User CP" opens a left-side oriented vertical column entitled, "Your Control Panel" which includes a host of well-organized and useful options with sub-titles. The last sub-title at the bottom of this lengthy column is "Miscellaneous" which has two clickable options:
-Event Reminders
-Attachments (I placed underline and bold to emphasize to you the one I always go to, it is in normal font on the site)

Clicking on "Attachments" opens a 3-column organized list with master title, "Attachments Posted by Max Well", and the 3 columns are "Attachment", "Title", and "Date". The "Attachment" provides the 'image size', the '# of downloads', so one can get a sense of which attachments provide the most interest and relevance to Forum Members. And the Date posted allows one to track the duration of interest. All important variables (at least to me) when trying to sort out which information is best to share in attachment form, what size, etc.

Hope this helps answer your question. :)
Ok ive added that function which you can find if you click your user name at the very top right of the screen, then in that drop down you will see it, im currently working on the sorting function to sort by the size or views, etc.. im also going to work on it slowly to add some more features as time passes, but if you had ideas im also all ears
That's excellent, apptest's user avatarapptest - well done! If I think of any other ideas for it I'll come back and share, but for now, it absolutely serves the purpose needed!

... Some early thoughts: ...(edit)...

3– curious as to reasoning for removing ‘Member join date’ and ‘Member location’ from the Member’s side bar Avatar and post/rep count? Although some chose not to share location, personally found these to be quite helpful as background info before even reading the post shared...
...
#3: Those are still available, but you have to tap the user name to get the profile popup and it shows. I also like to instantly see that info sometimes, but we also had to de-clutter a little. I got used to the new way and it seems to work just the same ...
Just have to share, apptest's user avatarapptest, that I still find the missing 'Join Date' a distraction. I understand you mentioned you 'had to de-clutter', so if it is a software limit/tech reason I guess we don't have a choice, but personally I do not wish to click on someone's name simply to see when they joined (which I find helpful and used to always refer to in every post I read from someone I've not seen before). Not only is it an unnecessary added step but also, at least previously, it logs who comes to your profile page, and I don't want my 'visit' logged simply because I wish to see when they joined. If there is a way to slide that back in with the wonderful 'location and garage' data, that would be great. :)

Ill add it to my list to reconsider, but for the time being its still off the table :) TBH profile page visits are meaningless and are not going to be displayed or recorded going forward

Appreciate your reply, apptest's user avatarapptest . Would respectfully suggest the title designations under our Forum Name would be more useful if replaced with Join Date (except for Admins which is important to display). Isn't the military ranking redundant since the key stats in that regards are succinctly summarized in 'REP' and 'POSTS'? TBH, I've always ignored what is under Forum names as it adds nothing to my understanding of the Member posting. In a one sec glance at a post from someone I've never seen before, if I have Join Date, REP and POSTS, Location and Garage list then its much easier to interpret what I'm about to read. Not being close-minded or judgemental - just having more of a reference point for understanding what they write.

Hypothetical Imaginary Member Info:
Example 1: Member A, Join Date Jun 2006, REP 8,000 and POSTS 2,000, Europe, Garage 2024 M3 CS and 2025 X5MC
Example 2: Member B, Join Date Jan 2026, REP 4 and POSTS 400, Europe, Garage 2012 520d

Thanks for the explanation. Like I said it’s not ruled out. It’s just not ruled in for now.

TBH there are other considerations I have to make as to what gets shown there along with some hard objective data I’ve collected over the years on this topic. But for example that line area where the location is would be the candidate for join date but there are other considerations to this question that needs more thought then you could imagine believe it or not

Understood. And I have no doubt there are layers of legal (liability, confidentiality etc), financial and practical concerns which you and the Admins have to wade through in designing and maintaining such a large Int'l Forum - and we as end-users have no basis for needing to know those inner-workings. As a request was made for us to share thoughts and suggestions, I've mainly just been trying to share my personal ideas of what I find makes my Forum experience most meaningful (and I am but one of a cast of thousands to be sure).

I trust you all are following standards and protocols necessary to keep this Forum going for years to come, and best wishes as you continue to implement your new formats. :)

Outstanding! Well done, apptest's user avatarapptest
Yesterday
I apologize if this has already been covered since I have not read through the entire thread. Did I miss the link to see the reputation score posts or is that not available on the Beta site?
