Its pretty amazing how big of a difference the X5M roof spoiler changes the way the rear end looks. Once you've seen it with the M spoiler it just doesn't look right without it.

Alan
Agree.

Just installed mine.
What wheels are they???

Vossen HF-5.
It is one of their most popular design.
Sold many of them to my G05 X5 and F97 X3M customers. :)

Thanks but that the JC Sportline is not a full replacement, just a stick on spoiler.
is there such a thing as OEM X5M carbon fiber spoiler?

No OEM that I am aware of.
Wondering if maybe someone came across and aftermarket version.

Sorry to use you picture but did you have to trim the 3 tabs that stick up that I have Circled? Mine wouldn't set right at all on top of the 3rd Brake light without trimming them down.
Yes you do have to trim down about half an inch on those two tabs otherwise it will raise a gap between the 3rd brake light and edge of spoiler. I just did mine today

You do not have to trim anything. If done correctly, it will fit together properly.
Or else you may be dealing with a squeak/rattle.

I didn't have make any adjustments fits perfectly. Little tricky lining up the tabs but otherwise straight forward. Just tilt the spoiler just a bit upward so the tabs line up then drop it back down and push forward.

Its not the tab that need to be trim but the 2 raise up slot that sit right in middle about 2 inches in the spoiler on top of brake light that need to be trim down about half n inch. Otherwise it will not sit seamlessly. Those other tabs go in the holes are perfectly fine

I'll take a picture of mine tomorrow. But there was no gap. Interesting if it's normal or a factory install issue.

I have many X5M customers, at least 2 of them that I paid attention to, both have gap.

Thanks RGsport for understand what im talking about. For some people with dark color car like grey or black wouldnt see it much because it blend in. But my car is mineral white so contrast with the 3rd brake light its a very noticeable gap. I trimmed kit down half inch. Now it sitting flush.

I added double sided tape to fill-in the gap.

Gotcha. That work. But for me. My o.c.d kick in so i had to trim for a seamlessly look.
