I just did mine todaySorry to use you picture but did you have to trim the 3 tabs that stick up that I have Circled? Mine wouldn't set right at all on top of the 3rd Brake light without trimming them down.

Or else you may be dealing with a squeak/rattle.

VetteZ06 wroteIts not the tab that need to be trim but the 2 raise up slot that sit right in middle about 2 inches in the spoiler on top of brake light that need to be trim down about half n inch. Otherwise it will not sit seamlessly. Those other tabs go in the holes are perfectly fineI didn't have make any adjustments fits perfectly. For some people with dark color car like grey or black wouldnt see it much because it blend in. But my car is mineral white so contrast with the 3rd brake light its a very noticeable gap. I trimmed kit down half inch. Now it sitting flush.
